As of today, we are still a go for the 2020 Iron Halo Con!
Over the past few months, we have seen COVID-19 put a halt on all gaming events all over the world. While Washington County has lower active cases than the rest of Oklahoma, we always want to make sure we keep our staff and players safe through this pandemic. After careful discussions, we have decided to make the following changes to the event and implement policies for the health and safety of the player base and event staff:
While we have taken an effort to reduce the chances of you being infected with COVID-19, please understand this is not a guarantee. The Iron Halo Tournament LLC, event staff, tournament organizer, vendors or judges are not responsible for any illness, injury or loss of earning caused by COVID-19 or by any mandatory self isolation. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Iron Halo Con, you are agreeing you are responsible for your own health and well being.

While Washington County has lower active cases than the rest of Oklahoma, we always want to make sure we keep our staff and players safe through this pandemic. After careful discussions, we have decided to make the following changes to the event and implement policies for the health and safety of the player base and event staff:
- We are reducing the overall event size.
- Prior to arrival at the venue, all attendees will have their temperature taken. If you have a temperature of above 100.5 degrees, you will not be permitted to enter the facility.
- While inside the facility, all attendees must wear a mask at all times.
- If you develop symptoms of COVID-19, such as a dry cough, fever or shortness of breath or were in close proximity of someone who has had COVID-19 at least one day before the tournament (September 25th), you will not be allowed to attend this years event. Please email us for a refund of your event ticket by September 25th.
- While at the event, if you develop symptoms, you must immediately leave the event and contact a member of the Iron Halo Con staff via FaceBook messenger or email or by any means necessary.
- While at the game table, players must keep 6 feet apart from each other. Sharing dice, or touching another players models is strictly prohibited.
- If the state places limitations for gathering over 50 participants, we will cancel this years con and will either issue a refund or credit to next year's event at the player's discretion.
